ARCHITECT, WELL-ESTABLISHED EXPANDING ARCHITECTS IN STOCKHOLM
The company is a well-established architectural office in downtown Stockholm, which for over 30 years has created homes, commercial premises and new neighborhoods. With extensive experience and broad expertise delivering complex and high-quality construction projects at all stages, from sketch to finished documents.
The company is growing continuously and today has around 50 employees and wants to expand the team by another architect.
In the role of the architect will be able to work in a curious, growing and presigelös organization in project teams with architects, engineers and illustrators.
In the role you will become co-manager of commercial projects of varying size and type, and directs the work forward on their own initiative in cooperation with the other team. All missions BIM projected in unity with the level of projects require - depending on customer requirements and the entrepreneurial form.

Qualifications:
- Master of Architecture or equivalent
- Experience of working as project planning architect in the architectural office
- Solid experience of BIM design in ArchiCAD. Knowledge of Autodesk Revit is a plus
- Solid experience of 3D modeling and rendering. Good knowledge of Rhinoceros and 3D Max is preferable
- Solid experience of reporting architectural documents with a high degree of detail
- Solid interest in building components and materials.
- Solid knowledge of construction and rendering of reporting slides
- Good communication skills
