BERÄKNINGSINGENJÖR/SIMULATION ENGINEER

We are now recruiting a Simulation Engineer to a worldwide Automotive Systems Supplier located in the west part of Sweden. The company develop and manufacture automotive safety systems for all major automotive manufacturers in the world.

As a Simulation Engineer you will primarily work with computer simulations in occupant safety, including various safety systems such as seat belts and airbags. The Simulation Engineer is responsible for optimizing the performance of the products and other characteristics on a component level. The work is performed together with design engineers and customers within the car industry but also together with other simulation departments in Europe, the US and Asia.

We are now looking for a skillful Simulation Engineer with experience of:

* FEM, and specifically LS-DYNA
* Occupant simulation within the automotive industry
* Pre/post software such as Hyperworks, ANSA, Primer, Animator, LS-Opt, Python, LS Pre-Post
* Planning/analysis of physical tests and validation of simulation models towards those tests
* Presenting completed assignments in a simple and effective way

Meritorious are also skills in:

* RADIOSS, PAMCRASH, Abaqus and/or Madymo
* Catia
* Experience of international co-operation
* Script programming
