Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Complaint Manager to join our After Market and Operational Excellence team at the Cochlear BAS headquarters located in Mölnlycke, Sweden. The Complaint Manager role is responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective complaint handling process and to assure a timely and qualitative treatment of complaints from initiation to closure. The Complaint Manager will be reporting to the After Market and Operational Excellence Manager and work with design and process engineers, product marketers and others.

In this permanent role you'll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Cochlear´s successful history of innovation by applying your knowledge of quality engineering. You'll know you've been successful in this role when you've assured that customer complaints regarding Cochlear BAS products are properly investigated, documented and that corrective actions are implemented efficiently.

Key Requirements
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering Subject
Fluent in spoken and written English
Minimum five years of working with Quality Management and Technology
Experience from working in a Quality Management System
