As part of the Mechanical engineering team you create, analyze, and verify mechanical designs for the Pedestrian Doors line of products.

Key Areas of responsibility:
The role spans from idea creations to maintenance and value engineering of released products on the market, hence you frequently interact with different stakeholders also outside the Mech Engineering team, e.g. Supply Chain and Sourcing, Service & Installation crews, Electronics and Software Designers ensuring a well working system.
Your main tasks will be to develop and maintain mechanical applications. Support in system analysis, design and verification.

You enjoy working with creating as well as hands-on verify the result of your designs. You ensurie designs cost efficiantly support the high demands from our customers.

As a person you have the ability to take responsibility and make your own decisions, see simple but practical solutions to complex problems and execute and perform your work in a systematic manner and with high quality. You take initiatives and work both individually and as a part of a larger project. You work in a structured, analytical and creative way.


Skills & Knowledge
M Sc ME or similar

7+ years of relevant experience from dynamic static designs, Gear box and transmission design is regarded as a merit

Can do attitude, holistic view, structured and systematic Mechanical simulations and FEM-calculations, Experienced in Lean Product Development
3D CAD (SolidWorks or similar), Workshop and lab experience
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Swedish, verbal and in written.
