Field Service Responsible

INFUSER develops, designs, manufactures and markets equipment for purification of air and water, mainly based on ozone technology.
INFUSER employs about 15 people at our plants in Vellinge and at Copenhagen University.

We are looking for a Field Service Responsible located in Vellinge.

The position is new and there is an opportunity for the right person to form the work content but includes:
Assembly and installation of prototypes and series products at customers
Product testing
Trouble shooting
Product development
On-site service
Sales support
Assist in the establishment and training of local distributors, service organizations abroad, preferably in Europe
Development of service tools and guides (documentation, manuals, videos etc.)
When necessary help with assembly in our workshop in Vellinge.

Our equipment is used in a very wide range of applications and several years experience of installation and service of ventilation and/or process equipment is extremely valuable.
Knowledge and practical experience in electricity, automation, ventilation, mechanic, pneumatics and hydraulics is a must.
You also need to be able to read, write and understand technical documentation within these fields.
Basic knowledge and understanding of control and monitoring systems is a must.
Good knowledge in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
Knowledge in German language is an advantage.
Drivers license for car is required.

As a person you are self-motivating and able to work independently as well as in teams to educate and provide knowledge to both customers and local service partners.
You will be working with a team of colleagues from many different countries.
We value the more practical touch, interests, experience and skills, rather than formal education.
The position involves trips, both domestic and international with overnight stays up to totally 50 days/year.
The position is full-time appointment with start as soon as possible.
