High Speed Electronics Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for a senior Electronics designer who wants to develop products for the future in optical telecommunication. You have experience in high speed serial links and signal integrity. You have a genuine interest in electronic design and want to be involved in the entire process, from requirements definition to the finished product. You should be able to do your own construction of board-level HW, as well as support and educate more junior colleagues. You like to work on projects with other disciplines. You are capable of working in teams but you are also able to move the work forward on your own.

We can offer you a place in a dynamic team of experienced designers, where we work with optical communications at speeds up to 200Gbps. The PCBs have multiple links of signals running up to 28Gbps. Desired skills and experience:
- The candidate shall have a Master degree in Electronics, Engineering Physics or similar. For this position a PhD degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
- The candidate shall have a thorough knowledge and 7+ years of experience in high-speed design and signal integrity.
- The candidate shall have a thorough knowledge and 7+ years of experience with electromagnetic simulation tools.
- The candidate shall have thorough experience and 7+ years? experience in high-frequency testing using for example BER-instruments and network analyzers.
- The candidate shall be flexible, innovative and driven.
- The candidate shall be structured and thorough.
- The candidate shall have good knowledge of English in speech and writing.
