Overview
We are hiring a Logistic Engineer. This could be the perfect start for your career as we are looking for someone that recently graduated from University! Running main logistic projects according goals and deliverables. Delivers the project in time and according to financial plan based on confirmed Capex requirements. Running minor projects/improvement activities according to our internal framework.



Main Tasks
• Is a Role Model for Safety • Keeps all safety and health, fire prevention, technical, economic, environmental and SCA and legal norms during the complete project. • Executes the project work activities according to the Quality and Environmental Management System and Safety and Health regulations e.g. firefighting routines, Hygiene Guidelines. • Secures the right transference knowledge to the Organization in relationship with the Project. • Assures the definition of the right standards in relationship with new projects; e.g. product specification, quality checks, validation routines, logistic handbook. • Identifies and makes available the logistic improvements and performs logistic benchmarks between Teams, factories and markets. • Participates in daily and weekly operating meetings. (When is necessary) • Supports the Logistic Teams in the impact on improvements in logistical issues • Ensure effective communication • Accountable for Performance Management process and responsible for consequence management within his/her department

Key Competencies
• University Degree within Finance or Technical with focus on logistic • Experience within material- and production planning. Experience within Warehouse handling and distribution would be an asset • Goal- oriented and analytic personal skills • Fluent in Swedish and English, writing as well as speaking • Ability to communicate and collaborate with several different people in the organization • Great Leadership skills

Falkenberg
Falkenberg factory, with about 400 employees, is characterized by a modern organization and a high-tech machine park. Technology development and upgrading project is ongoing, and most of our product is "fast moving consumer goods". The factory produces baby diapers and incontinence products, primarily for the Nordic markets and Central and Eastern Europe.
