We are now looking to recruit a Product Data Configuration Engineer. The position will be located in Stockholm and you report to Manager of Product Maintenance at the Elekta Neuroscience and Radiosurgery Solution. This is a pemanent position.

As a Product Data Configuration Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that all product changes are reflected in applicable Product DMR and that all product data always is consistent and correct across PDM tool, ERP tool, Installed base tool and Sales Configurator tool. The role requires coordination and a driving force of cross functional activities together with many of the other departments at Elekta, both locally and globally.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

• Maintain and release Product Master Structures according to applicable processes and timelines
• Maintain and ensure accurate and consistent data across Enovia, M3, CLM Installed base tool and Big Machine. Provide visibility and control over system changes
• Ensure that the functional relation between parts, subsystems and systems are reviewed and approved in order to control changes all the way from manufacturing to installation at customer
• Coordinate with Stakeholders (Strategic Portfolio Management, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Installed Base Engineering, R&D and Catalogue group) that applicable systems are updated accordingly and follow up that data is correct
• Coordinate with R&D Release Managers and PMA Change leaders that all changes on released products and all new products are reflected in Product Master Structures.
• Continuously provide Stakeholders with input about upcoming changes in Product Master Structures
• Continuously improve ways of working and tools used for having control over Product DMR´s
• Ensure that colleagues who release product changes / new products are trained and have the required knowledge to give the correct input for update of the Master structures
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested


Din bakgrund

We believe you have a MSc or BSc in Engineering or equivalent work experience. Preferably, you have at least two-three years of experience from a role that includes Configuration Control, ideally from the medtech industry.

Previous experiences of working with PDM and PLM-systems (Enovia, CLM, M3 etc) and knowledge of relevant quality standards e.g. QSR, ISO 13485, ISO 9000, ISO 14001, is required for the position.

Furthermore, you have knowledge in document control and maintenance, and good documentation practices.

You have good verbal and written level on your Swedish and English.
