RSL/RSE for Nordic Region MR

Role Summary/Purpose:

Working as a key member of the MR Service Support Team providing first response and remote solutions to customers experiencing technical system difficulties. 50% of time providing technical support and counsel to customers and FSE?s on customer sites; and 50% of time providing expert remote technical support services to both customers and FSE?s. Supervision of Remote On Line Engineers activity in the region. Support Modality Service Leader to drive efficiencies in modality.

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide remote and on-site technical support to FSE's and Customers
Ownership of ISD jobs for region - prioritize between jobs and follow up to RFS reactivation and Customer Service Centre
Effective support to FSE?s to ensure they are able to repair effectively with the preliminary diagnostic of the RSL
Utilization of the GEHC escalation process asrequired
Support the business to achieve product serviceability and reliability
Support the business to drive Material and Purchased Service cost improvement initiatives for the MR modality

Qualifications/Requirements:

Third level qualification/degree in a related science/technical field
Minimum of 5 years of field service experience, to include 3 years of specific modality experience
Minimum of 3 years of troubleshooting GE diagnostic imaging equipment
Knowledge of modality clinical applications
Fluency in a Scandinavian language
EU work permit possession
