Senior Design Engineer, Electrical

Barona is searching on behalf of Neste Jacobs Engineering for a Senior Design Engineer, Electrical. The vacant position is fulltime and the final candidate will be hired by Neste Jacobs in Gothenburg or Stockholm.



The purpose of the role is

- To carry out and lead design tasks with the agreed quality, scope, time and HSE requirements.
- To implement Neste Jacobs defined design engineering work methods systematically.
- To manage own performance, and the performance of the work share partners.
- Act as Expertise in leading one or two specific design work and work-share partners, or be a strong design specialist of own engineering discipline.

Kvalifikationer:

To be suitable for this position you must:

- Hold a university-degree in Electrical engineering.
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Senior Design Engineer in Electrical field.
- Have exceptional customer project handling skills.
- Have strong supervisory and managerial skills and able to coach others in the team.
- Ability to collaborate and network with other design disciplines, work-share partners, suppliers and customers and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues from many different cultures is a must.
- Be able to communicate effectively and with excellence in mind at all times.
- Be available for work in either Gothenburg or Stockholm.
- Speak fluent Swedish and English.
- Hold a valid EU/EES Drivers license (B-körkort).
