Engineering & Supply, PEP, Tumba is responsible for engineering and delivery of highly qualified separator and process systems to Oil & Gas, IMP  and PetroChemical industry.

About the job
We are looking for a Senior Mechanical  Design Engineer for our High Speed Separator systems within Oil & Gas, IMP and PetroChemical.
Our customer is located all around the world and most of our separator systems is built according to the customers specific demands. The separator systems normally concist of separator, valves, pumps, pipes, tanks and a PLC with a control system. You will work in project teams for each separator system and you will have contact  with both customer and contractors.
Your main tasks will be:

Mechanical engineering of the separator systems
Ensure the design  accurately reflects demands and meets customer requirements
Quality check of drawings
Visit module builders and follow up their work
Visit customers for design review, HAZOP, etc
Calculation for flow, pressure, strenght and material choice

Qualifications:We are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer within piping. You should have several years experience from technical design within an industrial construction group or a consulting company within oil/gas, hydrocarbon, or refinery industries.
You have strong skills with system design, PID, components selections and knowledge of manufacturing processes and welding requirements. 
Have a good knowledge in AutoCAD or similar design softwares. Have knowledge and experience in ASME, ANSI and other international standards
You are as a person detail oriented but also able to understand the whole scope of the projects. You are creative and can easily find smart solutions within the given standards that has to be followed. You like to work in teams and to support your collegues. You are a good engineer  with great networking capabilities, well structurized and serviceminded.

Practicalities:The position requires approximately 50 travelling days per year and is based in Tumba, Sweden.
