Field Service Engineer (FSE) (m/f)

Job objectives
The job requirement is for a well presented, organized and self-motivated FSE to work both within a small professional team and also independently at various customer sites. The FSE's conduct should be in accordance with the company's goals and values and comply with the company's health and safety policy. The position is home based, preferably in the south of Sweden, however, the Swedish office is based in Gothenburg. The work area primarily covers various customer sites within the Nordic Region with the further potential requirement of short term working at some of our international customers.

Your Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, upgrade and repair additive manufacturing systems
- Provide system introduction training at customer site, provide technical support on site and remotely
- Report accurately, on-time and in a methodical manner the following: control of allocated stock and tools, weekly reporting and scheduling
- Intensive travelling and field service, main areas of activities: according to customer requirements, mainly in the Nordic Region and world-wide
- Dispatching is done within the team Nordic

Requirements
- The minimum educational requirement is a certification within electrical / mechanical engineering
- Good command of the Swedish and English languages; spoken and written
- Excellent computer skills (PC, MS Windows, MS Office, internal software)
- Excellent fault diagnosis skills with the ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams
- Understand PLC controlled systems (not programming)
- Understanding of pneumatics and temperature control
- System calibration and process optimisation
- Experience of working on high value capital equipment
- Flexible and adaptable; willing to travel; customer site and travel estimated to be >70%
- Strong customer and good communication skills
- Ability to cope with pressure, work independently, aim oriented and in a cost-conscious manner
- Puts team spirit and good networking ability to good use in an international environment
- A valid driving licence is essential
