We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to be based in
Stockholm

Your Role:

You will fill an important function working with projects under the responsibility of the Program Management team, within Onboard ATC´S department.

You will lead the Engineering and Product Development part of the project with responsibilities for project scope, budget, resources and time plan. You will be the contact person towards costumer and commercial Project Manager. The reporting will be done through Monthly Project Review reporting, as part of the on-board management control.

You will be part of defining the strategy to deliver the projects. Run the project with guidance from BT processes with mandate to do so as long as in line with agreed process, project scope, budget and time. You are responsible for highlighting and report any deviations from process, scope, time and/or budget to management for support and decision about how to proceed.

Your Challenges:
-Lead and control development projects with regards to approved scope, schedule and budget.
-Provide technical leadership.
-Provide support to customers and to sales & bid teams.
-Deliver a system for a customer project where new or adapted products are used.
-Be the link between Customer project team and the product development team, joining the project and product needs.

Your Experience and Qualifications

-We believe you have a University degree in Software or Electrical Engineering and have gained knowledge through 2-5 years of relevant working experience
-High level of technical understanding
-Experience of Project management
-Experience with SW and HW development.
-Experience with development of safety critical systems
-Excellent management skills.
-Fluent English is required, Swedish is a merit

In order to be successful in this position you need be independent, well organized and structured. You also need to be driven with excellent communication and collaborative abilities. Since this position includes cooperation with other stakeholders you need to be both social and have high degree of integrity.
