As Product Data Quality Coordinator (PDQ), within Product Documentation you are to support Technical Project Leaders and Project Coordinators with complete virtual car reviews and support designing Sub Project Managers with securing the quality of their deliveries of documentation to complete car.

As an PDQ Coordinator in the PDQ Team you support engineering areas with work processes and requires very good knowledge in the applications BOM/CAD, KDP, Teamcenter, Document Portal and DPA0. As an PDQ Coordinator you are also a specialist at the methods regarding how to build your structure in both KDP and Teamcenter. PDQ Coordinator requires the knowledge to analyze and explain all differences that can occur in BOM/CAD alignment and DPA0. PDQ Coordinators are teacher in BOM/CAD education.

Qualifications:

Main responsibilities
• Support and educate Technical Project leaders in BOM/CAD and virtual analyzes of complete car.
• Educate and support PSS dept. in R&D in BOM/CAD.
• Improve and update BOM/CAD tool
• Teacher in our educations.
• Improve processes for PDQ-team

Required qualifications
• Technical university or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of Teamcenter and TCvis.
• Good knowledge of KDP
• Good knowledge of CATIA V5
• Experience of Volvo Cars Document Release Process
• Educational skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)

Personal qualities
• Very good analytical ability and logical thinking
• Structured and attention to details
• Excellent communication and social skills
