For 18-24 months, you'll be fast tracked through the heart of our business with mentorship and support along the way. The programme includes individual career development, a personal senior mentor, corporate training modules as well as operational projects and positions. During the programme, you will work in at least three positions, in two different countries. Together we'll create a clear career target - a project/process lead or managerial position within five years after your programme.

We offer positions within the following business units:

* Research & Development; Interior and Exterior Engineering
You have a Master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Product Development, Project Management or equivalent.
* Quality & Customer Satisfaction; Warranty Office
You have a Master's degree in engineering with interest in Finance, Warranty and Retail Processes.
* Marketing, Sales and Customer Service; Global Sales & Retail Operations and Marketing Platform
You have a passion for Business, Sales and Marketing and a Master's degree with focus on Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship or equivalent.
* Purchasing; Indirect Purchasing, Direct Material & Program Purchasing
You have a Master's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Management/Engineering.
* Logistics; Supplier Quality & Logistics
You have a Master's degree in engineering with focus on: Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
* Manufacturing Engineering; Industrial Launch & Program Management
You have a Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with focus on Project Management.
* Finance; Global Finance Operations
You have a Master's degree in Finance with focus on Accounting.
* IT; Service Management Office, Group IT and Consumer IT Service
You have a Master's degree in Information Technology or Engineering with focus on Computational Engineering, Mathematics, Software Development and/or Project Management.
* Human Resources; Human Resources Operations
You have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
* Corporate Communications; Digital Communications, PR and Global Marketing
You have a Master's degree in Communications, Social Media and/or Digital Communications.

Your profile
We are looking for Graduates with courage, integrity and excellent communication skills. You enjoy working as part of a team, but you also have the ability to act independently with a holistic view. In addition, we are looking for you who have a great analytic ability and who show commitment and energy!

* Willingness to relocate domestically and internationally

Required qualifications

* University Degree: Master completed when the programme starts
* Maximum of three years relevant working experience prior to or after graduation
* Fluent in English, written and spoken - additional languages are an advantage
* Driving license acquired when the programme starts
